| Since the initial enhancements to GUS, first introduced on June 11, 2001, we continue to make progress towards the implementation of GUS-MQM. Accordingly, we expect to begin BETA testing with member firms in early November of this year. Firms will have the capability of accessing the test version of the GUS on-line system for entering trades, changing data and transmitting and receiving GUS-MQM TREX messages. Firms will also have the ability to choose what types of MQM confirm messages they want routed to their systems.
